This Cookie Policy explains how PIM Marketplace uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) when you use our Services, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or are deleted). Some cookies are set by us ("first-party") and some by our service providers ("third-party").
2. Categories we use
- Essential. Required for the Services to work — signing in, keeping your session, and maintaining your cart and item holds. These cannot be switched off through our controls.
- Functional. Remember your preferences and improve convenience, such as your watchlist, recently viewed items, view settings, and timezone.
- Analytics. Help us understand how the Services are used and measure the shopping funnel and attribution so we can improve.
- Advertising. With your consent, we use advertising and measurement cookies from Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) to measure marketing performance and show relevant ads. These are set by those providers and governed by their own cookie/privacy policies (for example, Google’s and Meta’s). Typical cookies include Google’s

Our payment processor and other service providers (including the advertising partners named above) may also set cookies when you interact with their features — for example, on payment pages. Those are governed by the relevant provider's cookie/privacy policy.
4. How to control cookies
You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer, and through your browser settings, which let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services (such as sign-in and checkout) from working. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
