These are the policies that govern your use of PIM Marketplace (the “Marketplace”). By using the Marketplace you agree to them. Please read each one.
Terms of Service
The master agreement governing everyone's use of the marketplace, including our role as an intermediary, arbitration, and limits on our liability.

• Who we are
PIM Marketplace is operated by Pro Inventory Management LLC (an LLC), a company formed in California with its principal place of business at 12603 Beverly Blvd, Whittier, CA 90601 (“we,” “us,” or “PIM Marketplace”). The Marketplace is a venue that connects independent buyers and sellers of trading cards and collectibles; sellers — not us — are the sellers of the items listed.
• Before you publish — remaining checklist
The entity, address, governing law, venue, arbitration administrator, commission, contact mailbox, and DMCA agent have all been filled in. A few items still need action before you rely on these documents:
- Register your DMCA agent (Danny Haro) with the U.S. Copyright Office at dmca.copyright.gov — naming an agent in the policy alone does not secure the statutory safe harbor.
- Confirm the advertising-cookie providers (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) are accurately described in the Cookie Policy, and make sure your consent banner blocks them until consent — see the note below.
- Confirm sales-tax handling. The documents state sellers are responsible for their own tax; verify that matches your setup and any marketplace-facilitator obligations with a tax professional.
- Have a licensed attorney review the full set, especially the arbitration clause, class-action waiver, liability limits, and privacy disclosures.
