Acceptable Use & Prohibited Items Policy

1. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else in doing so.
• Post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including fake listings, fake reviews or feedback, or manipulated grades or authenticity claims.
• Infringe or misappropriate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights (see our IP & DMCA Policy).
• Sell counterfeit, replica, bootleg, unauthorized, or stolen goods, or items you are not authorized to sell.
• Manipulate the Marketplace — including search ranking, offers, pricing, reviews, or feedback — or use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or harvest data except as we expressly permit.
• Circumvent fees, buyer/seller protections, or holds, or divert transactions off-platform to avoid them.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others, or send spam or unsolicited communications through our messaging tools.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems; bypass security or rate limits; or upload malware.
• Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctioned transactions, or any illegal payment activity.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Collect or store other users' personal information except as necessary to complete a transaction and in compliance with law.

2. Prohibited and restricted items

The Marketplace is for trading cards, collectibles, and related items. You may not list or sell the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and you must comply with all applicable laws even for items not listed.

• Counterfeits and replicas. Fake, forged, bootleg, or unauthorized reproductions, including cards with counterfeit grading slabs or altered/re-holdered items misrepresented as genuine.
• Stolen or fraudulently obtained goods, or items you cannot legally transfer.
• Illegal, recalled, or unsafe products, and items that violate import/export or sanctions laws.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and regulated dangerous goods.
• Drugs, controlled substances, tobacco, vaping, and alcohol (where restricted).
• Adult / sexually explicit material and any content involving minors.
• Hazardous materials and items that cannot be shipped safely or lawfully.
• Human remains, protected wildlife, ivory, and regulated animal or plant products.
• Items promoting hate, violence, or discrimination, or that are otherwise offensive or unlawful.
• Currency, financial instruments, gift cards, and items primarily used to circumvent laws.
• Any item that infringes intellectual-property rights, including unauthorized custom or "proxy" cards presented as official.

3. Authenticity and condition claims

Sellers are solely responsible for the authenticity, grade, and condition of items. Any reference to third-party grading or certification must be accurate and verifiable. We do not authenticate items and do not guarantee any grade, certification, or condition claim. Misrepresenting authenticity or condition is a serious violation that may result in immediate removal, withheld payouts, and termination.

4. Reporting and enforcement

To report a listing, user, or content that may violate this policy, contact admin@pim-pro.com (or, for intellectual-property matters, admin@pim-pro.com). We may investigate and take action at our discretion, including removing content, limiting features, withholding payouts, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement. We may take these actions with or without notice, and violations may also breach the Terms of Service and Seller Agreement.
